Results of the "Read-In"

So we had a little reading marathon today.

It was nice.
We curled up on the sofas with our favorite blankets.
We read for about an hour in the morning while the wee one played in his room.
Then we read for another hour in the afternoon while he napped.


M started and finished one book
(Wiley and Grandpa: Night of the Living Eggnog - a Chrismas stocking stuffer.
Definitely not great literature, but at least he was reading ;-))

C finished one book and began another
(Akiko and the Sprubly Island and.... um the next Akiko book-the name escapes me at the moment)

L finished one book
(Boxcar Children Mystery of the Yellow House)

I finished the 4th Harry Potter


We read quite often, but this brought us all together. It was rather cozy.
I think we might have to make this a regular event. :-)
